GoBo Wallet does not collect, store, or process any sensitive or personal user data. The Wallet does not require any personal information, such as names, email addresses, or other identifying details, to function. All interactions within the Wallet are anonymous, and no user profiling or tracking occurs. GoBo Wallet neither handles nor shares any sensitive or personal information.
The Wallet relies on Remote Procedure Call (RPC) services to interact with blockchain networks. We utilize third-party RPC services that are free and intended solely for testing purposes on testnets. These RPC services are selected with the intent to ensure that they do not log, track, or store any user data, including but not limited to IP addresses, transaction history, or metadata. We do not have control over these third-party services and disclaim any liability related to their operations.
All data associated with your use of GoBo Wallet, including private keys, transaction histories, and other wallet-related information, is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to or control over this data. It is your responsibility to manage and protect your data, including taking appropriate steps to back up your Wallet and ensure the security of your device. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access resulting from your use of the Wallet.
This Wallet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the operation or availability of the Wallet, its compatibility with any specific devices or software, or its suitability for any particular purpose. By using this Wallet, you assume all risks associated with its use. We disclaim any responsibility for any errors, malfunctions, or other issues that may arise from using the Wallet. You agree that you will not hold us liable for any losses, damages, or legal claims resulting from your use of GoBo Wallet.
GoBo Wallet is designed strictly for use in testnets and is not intended to manage real cryptocurrencies or assets. Any tokens or assets interacted with through the Wallet are test assets without real-world value. We are not responsible for any financial loss, misunderstanding, or any other consequences arising from the incorrect use of the Wallet. Users are advised not to attempt to connect GoBo Wallet to mainnets or use it for any real financial transactions.
We expressly disclaim any warranties, express or implied, regarding the Wallet, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that GoBo Wallet will be secure, free from bugs, or available at all times. The Wallet may be subject to interruptions, delays, or errors, and we make no guarantees regarding its performance or reliability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use GoBo Wallet; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of your data; (c) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Wallet; or (d) any errors or omissions in the Wallet's functionality.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from (a) your use of and access to GoBo Wallet; (b) your violation of any term of these terms and conditions; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website or within the Wallet interface. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of GoBo Wallet after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoBo Wallet is offered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
By using GoBo Wallet, you agree to waive any and all rights to file a lawsuit, claim, or legal action against us, our affiliates, or any of our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents arising from your use of the Wallet. You acknowledge that the Wallet is provided exclusively for testing purposes on test networks and is not intended for use in any real-world financial transactions or activities. You further agree that any disputes, controversies, or claims that you may have arising out of or related to your use of GoBo Wallet will be resolved solely through informal negotiation or binding arbitration, and not through the courts.
By downloading, accessing, or using GoBo Wallet, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using GoBo Wallet immediately and delete it from your device.
